Kebbi Govt Calls For Prayers, Unity Of The Country

As Muslim Ummah across the world are celebrating the Eid-el-Kabir, Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Nasir Idris, has called on the Nigerians to sustain prayers for lasting peace and unity to the state and Nigeria at large.

Governor Idris, who made the call in his Sallah message to the people of Kebbi State, said such prayers should focused on the need for divine intervention in the affairs of the state and Nigeria in general.

According to the Governor, there is also need to intensify prayers for the even socio-economic development of the state and the nation.

“Our modest achievents recorded so far would not have been possible without the routine support and prayers from all the cross sections of the people of the state”.

The Governor, also appealed to the pilgrims from the state and Nigeria at large to intensify prayers for their families, states and Nigeria in general.
