Ahead of the October 9th Local government elections in plateau, the cultural Middle-Belt Political Forum has endorsed all the PDP candidates for to the fourth coming elections and called on all their members to follow suit
This was Disclosed in a press briefing by the chairman of the forum Ibrahim David at the NUJ Secretariat in Jos
According to the chairman, the decision to endorse all PDP candidates is a collective decision of the forum because they are happy with present administration over the developmental strides in the state.
They noted that the government’s progressive development and the drive has captured everybody without any discrimination, all his appointments cut across every tribes in respective of their religion and tribe are happy with government and in other to continue to enjoy such benevolence they have decided to give their support and with the assessment of all the candidates they believe they will work for the common good of the middle-belt.
He also appreciated the governor for the appointment of the Senior Special Assistant (SSA)on Middle-Belt ethnic Nationalities by the governor is a clear indication that he’s a true son of the middle belt, and they will give him all the necessary support to succeed.
Ibrahim also commended the SSA on Middle-Belt ethnic Nationalities Dan Kwada for his efforts in bringing all the middle-belt Nationalities on the plateau together to work under one common goal for the middle-belt.
