Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has met with former Head of State General Abdulsalami Abubakar and former Military President General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida in Minna the Niger state capital.
The meeting according to a source may not be unconnected with pressing national issues that bordered on the current economic challenges.
It was also gathered that former President Olusegun Obasanjo flew in from Edo state, Benin City, where he attended the ninetieth birthday of the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, and there after headed to the hilltop residence of General Babangida in Minna
Investigation by Radio Nigeria further revealed that the former National Security Adviser (NSA), General Aliyu Gusau retired was also in the meeting.
The four Eder Statesmen were in a closed-door meeting for about an hour before General Obasanjo left Minna around past 6PM Sunday.
Meanwhile there was no official statement issued after their meeting.
