Association Trains Over 600 Youth On Hardware, Software Technology In Kebbi

The Association of Handsets Dealers and Technicians, (HADTECH) Kebbi State Branch, says it has trained over six hundred youth on hard and software technology with the aim of creating job opportunity to the teaming youth in the state.

The State Chairman of the association, Comrade Aliyu Muhammad Tunga, who stated this while speaking to Radio Nigeria in Kebbi state, said other skills acquisition are computer repairs, ICT and Robotic technology.

According to the Chairman, the four months training drew participants from the less privilege families and orphans for them to be self reliant and become useful to their families and the society.

Comrade Muhammad Tunga, revealed that, from 2019 to date, the association has resolved over five thousand (5000) conflicts that resulted between customers and members, loans and as well police cases.

While expressing gratitude to Governor Nasir Idris for solving the long peculiar problem concerning its members on tenancy at the Olumbo plaza where the government bought the property and handed over to at subsidize rate, the Chairman called on the members to support government policies and programmes.

The Chairman, however noted that the association is now more united due to the support of the government, therefore called on them for more support and cooperation to ensure success of the association.
