As part of their civic responsibility and to mark the World Fashion Day, Sahara Fashion School Kaduna, alongside the Kaduna Ministry of Sports Development Commissioner Prof. Benjamin K. Gugong, have visited the Jam’iyyan Matan Arewa JMA Orphanage Home to celebrate with the children and donate essential items.
The Principal of the orphanage expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the visitors for remembering the home and the children. She also made a passionate appeal to the general public to embrace the children and consider adoption, stating that the orphanage’s ultimate wish is for all the children to find loving families and homes.
During the visit, Hajia Rabi Musa Saulawa, President of the Jam’iyyan Matan Arewa, took the Commissioner and his entourage on a tour of the JMA facility, showcasing the orphanage’s amenities and the living conditions of the children.
Hajia Saulawa also received the donated items from Mr. Olawumi Adeoba, CEO of Sahara Fashion, and expressed her appreciation for the generous gesture. Students of the fashion school took turns taking photos with the children, creating a memorable experience for all.
This visit and donation demonstrates Sahara Fashion And the Kaduna State Goverment’s commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
