Nigerian cross-dresser and TikTok influencer, popularly known as ‘Area Mama,’ has been found dead, just hours after making a TikTok post.
According to reports, The Crossdresser was brutally beaten to death by unknown assailants on Thursday, August 8, 2024.
Hours later, her body was found along Katampe – Mabushi expressway in the Banex, Wuse II area of Abuja, in what is suspected to be a murder incident
A statement released by the FCT Police Command’s Spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, revealed that a distress call was received at about 7:40 am, on Thursday, prompting the immediate dispatch of a team of detectives to the scene.
Preliminary investigations indicated that the victim, who was fully dressed in female clothing, had no means of identification on him.
His body was swiftly transported to Maitama District Hospital, where medical personnel confirmed his death.
