Governor Malam Umar Namadi has approved the appointment of eight new Permanent Secretaries to fill vacancies in the State Civil Service.
This was announced in a statement signed by the State Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Muhammad K. Dagaceri.
The appointees, who were previously substantive Directors, have been elevated to the position of Permanent Secretaries.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are:
1. Abdullahi Sa’idu
2. Yusha’u Muhammad Jaji
3. Lawan Muhammad Haruna
4. Engineer Labaran Adamu
5. Dahiru Lawan
6. Sagir Muhammad Sani
7. Engineer Adamu Isah
8. Muhammad Yahaya Jabo
The statement emphasized that the appointments were made based on merit, competence, personal integrity, and seniority.
All appointments take effect immediately.
